Hip Hop producer Mannie Fresh's new label, Chubby Boy Records has signed a distribution deal with Deep Entertainment. Manny hopes the business oppurtunities will allow him to share his production talents across several genres, not just Hip Hop.
Deep Entertainment has previously distributed numerous mixtapes. Mannie's first project is likely to be a follow up to his 2004 debut, Inside the Mind of Mannie Fresh, titled Return of the Ballin'.
Mannie Fresh spent over decade as
Cash Money's in-house producer and was pivotal in the Southern Hip Hop movement, producing on albums such as Lil' Wayne's
Tha Block it Hot, Tha Carter.
Deep Entertainment are going to be very daring and forward thinking as part of their 'independent music revolution' to stay competitive in the ever evolving music industry.

Mannie Fresh's Return of Ballin' is set for an October release. Following this the label plans to release debuts of new acts on Chubby Boy Records.
